About the role

Join Circle K at the Beaufort Service Station in Kill West as a full‑time Retail Supervisor. You will lead a busy store team, ensure a safe environment, and deliver the high‑standard service that customers expect from a leading convenience and fuel retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shift teams to achieve sales and service targets.
• Serve customers efficiently, handling transactions and enquiries.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and stock levels.
• Prepare food items and K‑Coffee according to hygiene guidelines.
• Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the store.
• Generate sales leads for the fuel‑card team.
• Prioritise safety and uphold Circle K values throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Ownership of personal and team success.
