Retail Supervisor (Full‑time)

About the role

Circle K is looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to lead a busy service station in Kill, Co. Kildare. You will manage daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and support a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise shift teams to meet sales and service targets.
• Serve customers, handle transactions and promote fuel card sales.
• Maintain store merchandising, stock levels and visual standards.
• Prepare food and coffee items according to quality guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the premises.
• Generate sales leads for the fuel card team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Ownership of personal and team success.
• Ambitious self‑starter seeking personal growth.
