Retail Supervisor – Full‑time

About the role

Circle K is looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to lead a busy service‑station store in Kill, Co. Kildare. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift teams to meet performance targets.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and stock levels.
• Prepare food items and K‑Coffee for customers.
• Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the store.
• Generate sales leads for the fuel card team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for high standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Ownership of personal and team success.
• Ambitious self‑starter seeking personal growth.
