About the role

Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead a small in‑store team. You will champion the brand’s values, ensure a world‑class customer experience, and help drive store performance across sales and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team within an in‑store department, providing on‑the‑spot feedback and celebrating successes.
• Model and train staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service.
• Support visual merchandising standards to maintain a meticulous store presentation aligned with the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive sales performance by ensuring best‑practice processes are followed and commercial goals are met.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive working environment for colleagues.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Passion for retail and people, with a confident leadership style.
• Detail‑oriented and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong desire to excel and promote Sports Direct values internally and externally.
