Retail Supervisor

About the role

Circle K is looking for a motivated Retail Supervisor to lead a busy shift at its Beaufort Service Station in Kill, Co. Kildare. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team during assigned shifts.
• Serve customers, handle transactions and promote sales.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and stock levels.
• Prepare food items and K‑Coffee, ensuring quality and hygiene.
• Keep the store clean and safe throughout the day.
• Generate sales leads for the fuel card team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Passionate about customer service and team success.
• Self‑starter with a drive for personal growth.
