We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead a small team within our store, delivering world‑class customer experience and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small in‑store team and act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Create an engaging working environment, provide on‑the‑spot feedback and celebrate successes.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure meticulous store presentation aligned with the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ensure the team follows best practices to support commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail and people.
• Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills at all levels.
