Roster Administrator – Healthcare Scheduling

About the role
Contact Care, an HSE‑approved home‑care provider, is looking for a dedicated Roster Administrator to join its Dublin 18 office. Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager and Client Care Director, you will act as the central hub for coordinating care schedules, referrals and workforce administration.
Key responsibilities
- Process and allocate private and HSE‑funded client referrals.
- Assign care workers to clients, creating optimal daily and monthly rosters.
- Maintain roster accuracy by handling daily changes, sickness cover, annual leave and emergency out‑of‑hours calls on a rotational basis.
- Generate and distribute monthly rotas to care workers.
- Collaborate with HR to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment pipelines.
- Prepare internal compliance reports and update HSE KPIs.
- Serve as the primary contact for Community Health Organisations, ensuring timely responses.
- Keep the client database current and accurate.
Required profile
- Legal right to work full‑time in Ireland.
- Minimum 1 year experience in scheduling, rostering or high‑volume administration (health‑care experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills in fluent English.
- Adaptable, problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using scheduling or CRM software.
