RPM Ireland Manager

About the role

The RPM Ireland Manager will lead the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) practice in Ireland, ensuring high‑quality delivery of practice support services to clients, patients and stakeholders. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving operational excellence and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall performance of the RPM Ireland operation, meeting KPIs, SLAs, revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and implement improvements to productivity, efficiency and commercial performance.
• Make operational decisions, set priorities and guide supervisors and wider teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, handling escalations and complaints.
• Oversee onboarding and transition of new clients, ensuring resources, training and service expectations are met.
• Lead, develop and motivate supervisors, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning.
