Sales Account Manager – B2B (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our high‑performing B2B sales team in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new Irish SMB and corporate clients to nurturing long‑term relationships, with full support and autonomy to drive your success.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage your own pipeline of Irish SMB or corporate clients.
• Generate new business using outbound calling as a core channel.
• Hold consultative conversations with HR/recruitment professionals and decision‑makers.
• Manage and grow the accounts you win, ensuring long‑term customer value.
• Work towards clear monthly targets with full visibility on performance and earnings.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or agency recruitment.
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, pipeline building, and closing deals.
• Resilient, ambitious and motivated to overcome challenges.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Results‑driven mindset balanced with a professional, consultative approach.
