Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join Kilkenny Design’s flagship store in Dublin city centre. In this customer‑facing position you will deliver exceptional service, showcase our curated collection of fashion, homeware, jewellery and beauty products, and act as an ambassador for the Kilkenny brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers throughout the store.
• Maintain visual standards, stock replenishment and tidy shop floor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
• Participate in product training and promotional events.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
