Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

Join JYSK’s Limerick store as a Sales Assistant and help deliver the best customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will work closely with your team to ensure the shop is welcoming, well‑stocked, and ready to meet shoppers’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, answering queries and offering product advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized store layout and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise both in the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Take ownership of a designated area within the store, managing its presentation and inventory.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Outgoing and enthusiastic with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Team‑player who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
• Flexible with tasks and working hours, including weekend shifts.
• Enjoys a varied, hands‑on role and can handle physical tasks.
