Sales Development Representative, EMEA (Inbound)

About the role

Join Notion’s fast‑growing EMEA sales team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative. You will be the first point of contact for qualified prospects, helping them discover how Notion’s AI‑enhanced workspace can transform the way they work.

Key responsibilities

• Master Notion’s platform, product suite, and competitive landscape.
• Create and execute strategic inbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams on campaign initiatives.
• Apply proven sales methodologies to qualify opportunities and move them through the pipeline.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM.
• Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and define the sales motion.
• Own pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches for the EMEA region.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and team‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to craft tailored customer stories.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity.
