Sales Development Representative – EMEA (Language Speakers)

About the role

Harvey is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive early‑stage pipeline growth across EMEA for its AI‑powered legal and professional services platform. You will engage law firms, professional services organisations and in‑house legal teams, introducing them to Harvey’s solutions and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Build a qualified revenue pipeline aligned with Harvey’s target customer profile using personalised outbound outreach.
• Prospect target accounts across EMEA via email, phone, LinkedIn and creative outreach methods.
• Source and qualify new sales opportunities from both outbound activities and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and identify strong sales opportunities.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest, ensuring timely qualification and follow‑up.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop opportunities and support early‑stage deal progression.
• Provide data‑driven insights to refine prospecting strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of Harvey’s sales playbook and document learnings as the team scales globally.
• Consistently meet or exceed qualified pipeline and activity targets.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in a fast‑growing startup, preferably in sales development or business development.
• Strong curiosity about AI and the ability to articulate its value to legal and professional services customers.
• Rigorous, data‑oriented approach to prospecting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
