Sales Development Representative – French Fluency

About the role

Stripe is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is fluent in French to help drive the company’s growth engine. You will work closely with Demand Generation and Account Executives to qualify leads, build the sales pipeline, and contribute to the development of sales processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential businesses, verticals and markets and execute outbound strategies to bring them into Stripe’s pipeline.
• Qualify marketing‑generated leads, move solid leads through the funnel, and arrange meetings with sales colleagues.
• Design, launch and scale prospecting campaigns from idea generation to qualified calls.
• Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for both scaled and bespoke prospect interactions.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via cold‑calling or inbound inquiries and partner with Account Executives on account strategy.
• Build relationships with prospects, uncover needs through effective questioning, and prepare hand‑offs to sales.
• Maintain activity and contact information in the CRM, meet or exceed SLAs, and support weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting and messaging, and assist customers with activation of Stripe services.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven and analytical mindset, comfortable with prospecting and pipeline management.
• Persistent, self‑motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong curiosity for learning Stripe’s products and the fintech landscape.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
