Sales Development Representative Internship – Remote

About the role

Join Staffviser as a Sales Development Representative Intern and help generate new sales opportunities for a fast‑growing Employer of Record. Working remotely, you will engage prospects through cold calls, tailored emails and LinkedIn messages, conduct discovery calls, and book meetings for the CRO.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify outbound leads via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and present tailored value propositions.
• Schedule and book meetings for the CRO, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Provide timely follow‑up with clear calls‑to‑action to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed targets for booked calls and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay updated on AI tools and sales trends to improve performance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust outreach strategies.
• Persistence and resilience when handling rejection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
