Sales Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Accenture is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Manager to lead and inspire a multilingual sales team within its digital marketing ecosystem. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional client experiences across the advertising lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team to exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
• Define and execute data‑driven sales strategies to grow market share within agency and partner networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and partner accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive upsell, cross‑sell and partner adoption initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions and implement continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve scalability.
• Act as escalation point for complex client and internal issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
• Track record of building and coaching high‑performing sales or account management teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in digital advertising, social media or technology‑driven sales environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Tableau (or comparable data‑visualisation) experience.
