Sales Manager

About the role

Mercedes‑Benz South Dublin is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its dealership sales operation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high‑performance environment. You will lead a skilled team, implement digital solutions and standardised processes to enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a collaborative, high‑performance sales team focused on efficient processes and outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate and agree annual sales targets with distributors and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Ensure operational excellence across sales, after‑sales, people management, safety, quality, service efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain strict compliance with group policies, Mercedes‑Benz brand standards and audit requirements.
• Uphold health and safety legislation and ISO accreditation standards throughout the dealership.
• Implement digital solutions and standardised processes to improve the customer journey and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership record with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Extensive experience in the retail motor industry, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities and deliver on profitability and customer experience goals.
