SAP Business Process Manager – Warehouse and Shipping

About the role

The Business Process Manager (BPM) will act as the strategic owner and operational steward of end‑to‑end warehouse and shipping processes within BioMarin’s SAP S/4HANA environment. The role spans both Clinical and Commercial supply chains in a regulated biopharma setting and supports the company’s enterprise‑wide ERP transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Own, govern and continuously improve SAP S/4HANA warehouse and distribution processes.
• Ensure that warehouse and shipping processes comply with regulatory requirements for clinical and commercial products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align process design with business objectives and ERP rollout timelines.
• Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
• Provide documentation, training and support to end‑users across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse and shipping processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics modules.
• Ability to work across Clinical and Commercial supply chains.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
