Security Analyst – ICT Governance & Risk

About the role

Kerry is seeking an ICT Security Analyst focused on governance, risk management and assurance. The role will support the maturity of Kerry’s ICT security framework, drive continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between ICT and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance the ICT risk management framework aligned with enterprise risk governance.
• Optimize the use of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, including risk visibility, KPIs/KRIs, remediation workflows and ownership tracking.
• Maintain risk assessment methodology, processes and supporting procedures for consistent risk identification and recording.
• Conduct and coordinate ICT security risk assessments, threat analyses and ad‑hoc risk identification activities.
• Create and maintain risk statements, registers, controls libraries and testing procedures.
• Track, review and report ICT risk issues, exceptions and remediation tasks, ensuring clear ownership and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly risk dashboards, metrics and stakeholder updates.
• Support risk governance forums by preparing agendas, meeting packs, status reports and escalations.
