Security Operations Analyst (Managed Services)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Analyst to deliver managed security services for our clients. The role focuses on vulnerability management, security operations, and onboarding, interpreting data from multiple security platforms and providing monthly cyber‑security reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability scanning, prioritize remediation using CVSS, EPSS and business context, and deploy fixes with the Managed Services team.
• Monitor, triage and investigate alerts across SOC platforms, escalating incidents when needed.
• Operate across a multi‑domain security stack, including Identity & M365 security, vulnerability & patch management, network security, SOC monitoring and threat intelligence.
• Deliver client onboarding for managed security services, validate tool deployments and ensure consistent baselines.
• Prepare and present inputs for monthly cyber‑security review meetings, communicating key risks, trends and recommended actions.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and improve remediation efficiency.
• Provide structured weekly updates on activity, value delivered, planned work, blockers and solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations or a managed‑services environment.
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, ability to prioritize real risk versus noise.
• Clear, concise communication and ownership of tasks.
