Security Researcher – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals to help shape the next generation of AI‑driven security tools. As a Security Researcher – AI Trainer you will evaluate AI‑generated security content, solve technical security problems and provide feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about real‑world threats.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated threat analyses, vulnerability assessments and offensive security techniques for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Design and solve security‑focused technical challenges used to train AI systems.
• Write clear technical explanations and produce security‑relevant code snippets.
• Provide detailed feedback that influences the development of AI security models.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a cybersecurity role (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government/military cyber operations).
• Proficiency in coding and comfortable navigating and patching a codebase.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, etc.) are a plus.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.
