Self-Employed Personal Trainer at 24/7 Gym

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Personal Trainer to join the team at Anytime Fitness Dun Laoghaire, a 24/7 health club. The role involves delivering personalised training sessions, promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting members to achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group training programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Provide guidance on exercise technique, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
• Promote the club’s philosophy of improving lives through health and fitness.
• Maintain a safe, clean and motivating training environment.
• Engage with members to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Positive, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland and fluent in English.

Required skills

• Level 3 Personal Training Certification or higher.
• Ability to teach Pilates or Boxexercise (advantageous).
