Selling Partner Associate – English & Spanish (Remote)

About the role

Amazon is looking for bilingual English‑Spanish Selling Partner Associates to provide first‑line support to sellers and vendors on its marketplace platform. This fully remote position is based in Ireland and operates on rotating shifts to cover Amazon’s 7‑day‑a‑week service hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sellers and vendors via phone, email and chat, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound interactions.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver accurate, customer‑friendly solutions.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot product‑related questions and provide guidance on Amazon’s technology platforms.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on policies and product details.
• Undertake additional duties or special projects as directed.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly across rotating shifts.
