Senior Account Manager

About the role

KICK Dublin is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and ensure the delivery of high‑impact advertising campaigns. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration in Dublin with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, overseeing campaign planning, briefing, and execution across broadcast, digital, social and experiential channels.
• Coordinate internal creative teams, media partners and production vendors to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and presentations, and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new‑business pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and support proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client account management within advertising, marketing or creative agencies.
• Strong project‑management abilities, including budget oversight and timeline coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
