Senior Accountant – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Centre of Excellence in Dublin. You will help automate accounting processes, lead general‑ledger activities and support statutory reporting for European clients while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile a variety of general ledger accounts in line with corporate policies.
• Participate in month‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording.
• Assist with documentation and compliance testing for Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX).
• Drive process improvements and lead accounting transformation projects.
• Perform local GAAP accounting on a monthly cycle and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Manage year‑end audit, coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit closure.
• Prepare VAT and other statutory compliance returns.
• Integrate acquisitions and manage liquidations of legal entities.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and analyses across functions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) preferred.
• 1‑4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Positive, collaborative and team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fluid, evolving business environment.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

What we offer

• €64,900 per annum (budget) plus paid holidays and pension.
