Senior Accountant

About the role

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its Global Controller, Operations, and EU/UK Financial Controller as the company expands rapidly across multiple continents. The role will own regional and global financial deliverables, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level support for corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing, Country‑by‑Country Reporting, Pillar II and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the implementation of the e‑invoicing directive.
• Support integration of Alchemy’s ERP system with its global banking partner to streamline financial management.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior accounting or finance roles within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting standards and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing, CbCR and Pillar II compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple reporting managers and stakeholders.
