Senior Associate – Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payments Experience

About the role

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Debt Services team, focusing on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO). The role is ideal for professionals with a background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing, or client servicing who wish to expand their expertise within a specialist finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily assets in the CLO collateral portfolio.
• Review and test new CLO structures to ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Prepare accurate compliance and interest payment date reports for CLO stakeholders.
• Perform position and cash reconciliations as needed.
• Follow procedures and maintain controls in line with company policy.
• Deliver timely, professional service to enhance client experience.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and reports.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing, reconciliation, or client servicing within financial services.
