Senior Associate – Internal Audit

About the role

Davy is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Internal Audit team. You will work on a variety of projects across the Group, supporting the Chief Internal Auditor in shaping the audit strategy and delivering a digitally‑driven audit programme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IA directors and CIA in developing and delivering the annual audit plan, meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Plan, execute and report on risk‑based audits of operational and financial controls, including liquidity and capital risk assessments.
• Enhance the IA function by integrating digital audit tools, data analytics and visualisation techniques.
• Produce clear oral and written audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Validate issues and actions, and support business units in risk identification and control advice.
• Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc projects and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business, corporate governance and regulatory environments.
• Experience in internal audit or related risk‑management functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
