Senior Associate - Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our multi‑disciplinary tax team. You will work with lawyers, accountants and consultants to provide pragmatic, solution‑oriented tax advice to a blue‑chip client base across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international clients on complex corporate tax transactions and ongoing tax queries.
• Prepare and review tax opinions, compliance filings and documentation for sectors such as financial services, real estate, technology and energy.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop tax strategies that align with clients' commercial objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and timely delivery.
• Support junior team members and contribute to the continuous development of the practice.

Required profile

• CTA qualification with an excellent academic record; additional professional qualification (e.g., accountant or solicitor) is a plus.
• Significant experience in corporate tax, preferably within a large firm or top‑tier legal/accounting environment.
• Strong analytical, drafting and interpersonal skills with a commercial, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in‑office and remotely.
