Senior Associate - Tax

About the role

Join a multi‑disciplinary team of lawyers, accountants and consultants delivering pragmatic, solutions‑oriented tax advice to blue‑chip clients across a range of sectors. As a Senior Associate you will work on complex corporate tax transactions and provide ongoing support to an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate tax matters, including structuring and compliance.
• Prepare and review tax filings, opinions and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• CTA qualification (or equivalent) with an excellent academic record.
• Significant experience in corporate tax, preferably within a large firm.
• Strong analytical, drafting and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially‑focused, solution‑oriented approach to tax advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
