Senior Case Management Associate

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Case Management Associate to support mental health and psychosocial services for international protection seekers in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of the MHPSS Unit and the Senior MHPSS and Case Management Associate, you will help implement project activities and ensure high‑quality case management at the Citywest accommodation centre.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) project activities.
• Supervise caseworkers providing assistance to protection applicants in the Citywest accommodation centre.
• Oversee Infoline Assistants delivering MHPSS‑related information and referrals.
• Coordinate on‑site activities with internal and external stakeholders, including governmental and non‑governmental partners.
• Ensure compliance with IOM policies and UN migration standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least six years of relevant experience, **or** a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (accredited) with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in case management, social work, or mental health support for vulnerable populations.
• Ability to supervise staff and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills in English.
