Senior Consultant – People Consulting (Financial Services)

About the role

EY is looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join its Financial Services (FSO) People Consulting team in Dublin. You will work on complex transformation programmes for financial services clients across EMEIA, helping them design and embed effective people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagements with financial services clients on change management, organisational design, and business readiness.
• Develop artefacts such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analyses, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, Impact Assessments, and Resistance Management Plans.
• Produce organisational structure diagrams and performance metrics to guide transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior EY professionals to ensure long‑term sustainability of major organisational change programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Change Management and/or Organisational Design, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for guiding organisations through complex transformations.
