Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Analog Devices’ Software and Digital Platforms (SDP) team is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to shape the visual communication of its software portfolio. You will work within the SDP Marketing organisation and collaborate closely with product, engineering, UX, and senior leadership to translate complex software concepts into compelling creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact marketing collateral such as decks, one‑pagers, infographics, product visuals, hero imagery, and social content.
• Design launch and go‑to‑market assets, including presentation decks, video concepts, and web imagery.
• Partner with product teams to understand capabilities, customer needs, and value propositions.
• Develop clear visual stories, diagrams, and narratives for internal and external communications.
• Leverage emerging AI tools to accelerate concept development, streamline creative workflows, and ensure visual consistency across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in creative design for technology or software products.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical information into engaging visual formats.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and leadership.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, product‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enhanced creative tools (e.g., generative image/video platforms).
• Advanced visual design skills for presentations, infographics, and digital assets.
