Senior DevOps – Cloud Engineer

About the role

Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps – Cloud Engineer to lead end‑to‑end DevOps activities across its platform. You will drive automation, improve deployment pipelines, and ensure stable, secure delivery of software in multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD.
• Automate build, test and deployment processes for containerised applications.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Docker, OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.
• Create and maintain Helm charts for consistent application releases.
• Monitor system health, performance and availability; implement logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Lead DevOps initiatives, collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams.
• Apply security best practices, support DevSecOps and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo CD).
• Hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Solid knowledge of Docker containerisation.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Shell) for automation.
• Experience managing production environments and deployments.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging and observability concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
