Senior Director, CPS Capabilities

About the role

The Senior Director, CPS Capabilities will shape and execute the capabilities strategy for Coca‑Cola’s Commercial Products Supply (CPS) organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive digital, technical, and change‑management initiatives across a global network of 19 manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead CPS Capabilities strategy covering digital, technical, production, engineering, maintenance and QSE domains.
• Oversee flagship programs such as Digital Academy, Supply Chain University, Engineering Edge, and QSE Institute.
• Lead the TISC Global Supply Chain program suite, including the Supply Chain Leadership Academy and Supply Chain Rising.
• Build and deploy competency frameworks and skill roadmaps for all organizational levels.
• Partner with senior executives and People & Culture to align capabilities with business objectives.
• Drive change‑management across all plants, establishing influencer networks and community of practice.

• Visionary mindset with strong business acumen and experience in large‑scale capability development.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation and technical capability programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for change management, culture development and future‑of‑work initiatives.
