Senior Director, EMEA Professional Services

About the role

NetApp is seeking a Senior Director to lead its EMEA Professional Services organization. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering profitable growth for a services portfolio exceeding $100M.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA Professional Services business, setting strategy, execution cadence, and financial targets.
• Scale fee‑based consulting and advisory services that engage customers before product decisions, shaping vision and accelerating adoption.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to build a robust services pipeline and increase attach rates.
• Develop and evolve the services portfolio, including offer definition, packaging, pricing, and value messaging.
• Lead a distributed team of over 150 professionals, coaching talent, building succession, and fostering an inclusive high‑performance culture.
• Ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery and measurable customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven consulting‑led approach with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience shaping demand, quantifying value, and converting advisory engagements into funded projects.
• Track record of leading large, geographically dispersed professional services organizations.
• Ability to collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.
