Senior Director, Integrated Planning & Analytics (Global Supply Chain)

About the role

BioMarin is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve its Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across a global rare‑disease supply network. Reporting to senior technical operations, you will guide demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial planning to ensure reliable patient access and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide IBP processes, aligning Commercial, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Finance.
• Develop and execute 24‑60‑month horizon plans, including long‑range capacity modelling and inventory strategy.
• Drive data‑based decision making and analytics to improve supply resilience and risk management.
• Build planning capabilities and governance structures to support new indications, label expansions and compassionate‑use programs.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic objectives into operational execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in integrated planning within a global supply‑chain environment, preferably in biotech or rare‑disease sectors.
• Strong track record of delivering operational agility and patient‑centric outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and change‑leadership abilities.
