Senior Director, Professional Services (EMEA)

About the role

NetApp is seeking a Senior Director to lead its EMEA Professional Services organization. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering profitable growth for a services portfolio exceeding $100M.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA Professional Services business, setting strategy, execution cadence, and financial targets.
• Scale fee‑based consulting and advisory services that engage customers early in the solution lifecycle.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering to build a robust services pipeline and increase attach rates.
• Develop and evolve the services portfolio, including offer definition, packaging, pricing, and value messaging.
• Lead a distributed team of over 150 professionals, coaching talent, building succession, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery across projects and managed services.

Required profile

• Proven consulting‑led leadership experience in professional services or advisory businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue, margin, and bookings growth.
• Ability to shape demand, quantify value, and convert executive advisory into funded engagements.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and building scalable service models.
