About the role
We are seeking a Lead Educator to join a well‑established creche in Sligo. This senior position involves leading a classroom, supporting daily routines, and delivering high‑quality care and education for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated early years room.
- Support and coordinate daily routines and activities.
- Ensure compliance with Irish childcare standards and regulations.
- Provide high‑quality educational experiences for children.
- Lead, mentor, and support the early years team.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Early Years settings in Ireland.
- Strong understanding of Irish childcare standards and regulations.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education.
- QQI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) and eligibility to work in Ireland.
