Senior Employer Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Employer Creative Designer to lead the visual expression of our employer brand across both internal and external channels. In this role you will shape how the organisation is perceived through cohesive design systems, compelling social media assets, and memorable physical experiences such as events and merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects, ensuring consistency with brand and employer identity guidelines.
• Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides for all visual communication materials.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communication channels.
• Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates, layouts, and production‑ready assets.
• Design and support corporate branding materials, including merchandise, event booths, and photo zones.
• Analyze creative workflows and propose optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Independent work ethic combined with strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to visual quality and consistency.
