Senior Engineer – High‑Rise Construction (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead on‑site engineering activities for high‑rise residential projects in Dublin City Centre. The role involves ensuring structural accuracy, safety, and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site engineering operations for high‑rise structures.
• Execute and supervise precise setting‑out and surveying using modern equipment.
• Conduct QA/QC checks, including concrete pre‑ and post‑pour inspections.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to maintain high standards.
• Handle RFIs and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (civil/structural).
• 5–7+ years of experience in high‑rise construction.
• Proven ability in setting‑out, surveying, and temporary works coordination.
