About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Innovative Medicine (IM) External Manufacturing and Global Procurement organisations. The analyst will work across multiple sites, providing finance expertise to optimise spend, meet financial targets and drive value‑creation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide finance support and guidance to IM Partnerships, External Supply and Global Procurement teams worldwide.
- Partner strategically with the business during Standard Cost Setting, Long‑Range Financial Planning, Business Plan development and updates.
- Support quarter‑close activities and prepare management reporting.
- Assist commercialization efforts for third‑party manufacturing and procurement activities.
- Influence and support the execution of value‑creation agendas for assigned platforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a financial analyst in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of external manufacturing, supply chain finance and procurement processes.
- Ability to work with global teams and navigate multi‑country environments.
