Senior Fraud Operations Manager

About the role

Reporting to the EU Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Dispute Operations, we are looking for a Senior Fraud Operations Manager to join our fast‑growing EU team in Dublin. You will oversee outsourced partners, drive data‑driven decisions and collaborate with product, data science, engineering and technology teams across our current and business accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fraud and dispute partners, ensuring SLA compliance and performance.
• Monitor fraud and dispute metrics, working with product teams to address trends.
• Design and implement technology‑centric fraud monitoring and mitigation solutions.
• Support the Director with committee packs and change‑implementation prioritisation.
• Collaborate with the second line of defence and the MLRO on assurance activities and remediation.
• Partner with third‑party vendors, data scientists and engineers to unblock and empower high‑performance delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fraud operations in payments or banking.
• Strong track record managing third‑party/outsourcing relationships.
• Ability to translate robust data insights into strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.

• Salary €76,500 – €95,500 plus performance‑based incentive awards.
