Senior Fund Accountant (Big 4 Recently Qualified)

About the role

We are seeking a recently qualified Big 4 accountant to join a leading private‑equity group in Dublin as a Senior Fund Accountant. The role offers exposure to private‑equity structures, complex investment vehicles and international transactions while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NAV review and reporting for a portfolio of private‑equity and alternative investment structures.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
• Liaise with investment managers, administrators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Support investor reporting and capital activity processes.
• Assist with year‑end audit coordination and financial statement preparation.
• Review fund expenses, fee calculations, and reconciliations.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with 0–1 year post‑qualification experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
• Funds and asset‑management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail with advanced Excel capability.
