Senior Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Thérapie Clinic is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer on a maternity‑cover basis to join its fast‑growing marketing team in Dublin. Working hybrid from the head office, you will translate briefs into compelling visual assets across all channels while safeguarding the brand’s consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as guardian of the Thérapie Clinic brand, ensuring typography, colour, logo and photography adhere to guidelines across print, digital and clinic signage.
• Create on‑brand Meta and Google ad creatives that meet platform policies and optimise performance.
• Iterate designs quickly based on performance data in close collaboration with the performance‑marketing team.
• Manage external vendors, including print partners and production runs.
• Maintain and organise the company’s file and asset libraries for easy reuse.
• Support the digital marketing team with consistent content for every channel.
• Partner with marketing on campaign messaging, creative concepts and compliance for “always‑on” and seasonal communications.
• Assist Operations and HR on occasional projects such as job postings and internal communications.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel environment.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.

Required skills

• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign as core design tools.
• Proficiency with the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with video‑editing tools such as CapCut or Canva (a plus).
• Familiarity with file‑sharing platforms like Dropbox and project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
• Interest in integrating AI‑assisted workflows into design production.
