Senior Growth Finance Analyst (International)

About the role

AG1 is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Growth Finance Analyst to join its finance team in Ireland. Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Finance and FP&A, you will own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for international markets, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Analytics and Finance colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional budgets and rolling forecasts for Europe and Asia‑Pacific, collaborating with acquisition and retention leaders.
• Analyse large data sets to generate actionable insights that improve customer acquisition and retention performance.
• Prepare and present materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Own, manage and enhance core Growth Finance tools, including revenue, retention and acquisition models and dashboards.
• Provide dedicated financial support to Growth Marketing teams, own KPI forecasting, monthly variance reporting and investment assessments.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to increase forecasting accuracy, accelerate analysis and surface insights faster.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics and broader Finance functions to translate performance data into growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, budgeting and forecasting, preferably within a growth‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional setting.
• Curiosity and eagerness to adopt emerging AI technologies in finance.

Required skills
