About the role

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners specializing in behavior management.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex, high‑risk employee conduct and disciplinary cases.
• Drive consistency in decision‑making, documentation, and case‑management across the function.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and business leaders to mitigate risk and enhance manager capability.
• Scale a high‑quality HR partnership model across regions and functions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar consulting role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing HR teams.
• Strong judgment, business pragmatism, and operational excellence.
• Experience navigating complex employee conduct, disciplinary, and compliance issues.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of employee relations, conduct policies, and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to interpret and apply legal and compliance frameworks.
• Effective stakeholder management and escalation handling.
