About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a 12‑month maternity leave contract. This role offers exposure to a large‑scale organisation, strategic projects and close collaboration with senior leadership in a supportive, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders on policies, procedures and Irish employment legislation.
  • Partner on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters.
  • Support and deliver change initiatives, including restructures and transformation projects.
  • Oversee the HR Operations function, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
  • Use people data and insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Support industrial relations activity, including union engagement and negotiations.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including strong HRBP experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Degree‑qualified in HR or a related discipline (CIPD desirable).
