Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

This senior HR Generalist position offers an experienced professional the chance to work autonomously, partnering closely with leadership to support the full employee lifecycle and drive people initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, people management and HR best practice.
• Support disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and performance processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records and systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and people‑focused initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a generalist HR role.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable).
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of HR responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
