Senior Instructional Designer

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join its Learning & Development team in Dublin. In this senior position you will lead the creation of learner‑centred digital learning solutions that support business objectives and employee performance across our global financial and legal services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of engaging eLearning solutions, defining learning objectives and applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and learning theories.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and other approved authoring and multimedia tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to analyse learning needs, recommend strategies and create scalable digital content.
• Produce complementary learning resources that enable employees to apply new knowledge on the job.
• Champion learning excellence by delivering high‑quality, professional and service‑oriented solutions that enhance the employee experience.
